Westbank

The hub of West Kelowna. Westbank Centre has everything within reach — grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, transit, and everyday services. It’s a convenient base for commuters crossing the bridge to Kelowna, and a growing area with a lot of new development alongside established neighbourhoods.

Lakeview Heights sits on the hillside with sweeping views of Okanagan Lake and the valley below. The area is home to several of the region’s most celebrated wineries, quiet residential streets, and Kalamoir Regional Park — a favourite for hiking, biking, and beach access.

Shannon Lake

Shannon Lake is a well-established neighbourhood popular with families. It has its own elementary school, parks, and a strong sense of community. Everyday amenities are close by, and the area offers easy access to Highway 97 for commuters.

Glenrosa

One of West Kelowna’s more established and affordable areas, Glenrosa has a relaxed, neighbourly feel. It’s close to schools, shopping, and trails, with quick access to the highway and the outdoor recreation West Kelowna is known for.

Rose Valley

Rose Valley borders the Rose Valley Regional Park, one of West Kelowna’s most popular destinations for hiking, mountain biking, and trail running. The area has a natural, outdoorsy feel and is a short drive to both Westbank Centre and the bridge to Kelowna.

Casa Loma
